The Extension functions solely by extracting academic information from the active student portal session when you click the "Sync" button. It gathers the following:

• Attendance Data: Details of classes attended, conducted, and percentages per subject.
• Academic Marks: Internal grades, test marks, and academic assessments.
• Timetable Data: Your scheduled class timings, slot names, and course details.
• Basic Account Info: Your student identification details (e.g., name or registration number) to tie the data to your ScholarOS account.

All data transmitted from the Extension to your ScholarOS dashboard is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocols. We do not share, lease, rent, or sell any of your academic information to universities, advertising companies, or any other third parties.
